Would you be ok drinking wine on tap? My two cents is… if it tastes good, go for it. Cheaper wine for the masses. More efficient from an operations perspective, more cheaper for the consumer. It’s more ecofriendly as well without all the corkage and recycling… or god forbid, dumpling the bottles in the landfill.
Plus there’s always something kind of weird getting wine poured to you from a half full bottle when you’re ordering it by the glass.
